Staff were attentive . We loved the spaciousness of the balcony with its fine sunset views. The lack of a fridge in the room made it difficult to keep drinks cool on hot days.

The staff were helpful in the whole hotel. Brand-new room, we had twin room, with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Had exceptionally comfortable bed with the street view.

The location was wonderful next to the restaurant with outside tables, near Cala Figuera.

Loved my stay at Santanyi! The hotel's modern design impressed me. The breakfast selection knocked it out of the park. Just wish the air conditioning worked better, as it got a bit hot at night.

The surrounding area offered beautiful sunset views that were amazing .

There was a persistent odor of raw sewage in the corridor, quite off-putting.

Couple's Perfect Getaway

The hotel had a lovely boutique feel,, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated the excellent service from the staff, who even let us use the pool and facilities after checking out before our late flight.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but the overall experience made it acceptable.

The restaurant's entrecote steak was a highlight, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and it's clean and tidy, a nice touch. The food quality during our brief stops for lunch was surprisingly good.

The noise disturbances from nearby bars and streets were frustrating, especially with the apparent lack of sound insulation. The air conditioning was practically non-existent, turning our room into a sauna at night. Plus, while the breakfast looked appealing, at €8, it felt a bit overpriced for what was on offer. It would have been helpful to have basic amenities like a kettle or tea in the room to make morning routines easier, and the pool area was smaller than expected, leaving little room for lounging. For the price, I expected more comfortable bedding as well. It had seen better days.

Clean room, friendly staff, made our morning breakfasts good with a great selection and also provided access to a refreshing outdoor pool, perfect for cooling down after exploring the nearby attractions.

The stay featured a cozy atmosphere and excellent service, with Mariano being particularly attentive and ensuring all our needs were met. The pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring local sights. The absence of a trash bin and a phone in the room was a minor inconvenience, and the lack of more comprehensive toiletries, such as a deep conditioner, could have improved the experience. It was enjoyable but could benefit from some small adjustments.

The Santanyi provided a clean room with excellent service, particularly highlighted during my work trip. The restaurant offered good meals. The entrecote steak was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The staff displayed great attentiveness, ensuring all needs were met, and the setting was perfect for relaxation after a long day of work.
